Biography
Ben provides litigation counseling primarily to clients in the banking and financial services, real estate, and manufacturing industries. Since beginning his practice in 2008, Ben has gained experience at each stage of a civil trial, in both state and federal courts in Texas. Ben has taken and defended depositions, drafted and argued dispositive motions, pursued post-judgment enforcement actions and tried bench and jury trials in federal and state court.
