Lindsey primarily represents clients in complex business litigation disputes, including financial services litigation, real estate litigation, and litigation involving corporate veil-piercing issues.
Representative Experience

Favorable mediation settlement in defense of a petroleum product distributor in breach of contract action resulting in damages payment by Plaintiff.
Successful summary judgment in favor of defendant clients, the brokerage division of a major financial institution and employee broker, in action for securities fraud brought by trust beneficiaries.
Prosecution of shipper’s Carmack Amendment claims in federal bench trial, resulting in judgment and recovery against the carrier for the full amount of damages after application of settlement credits.
Favorable settlement for client, an international travel bookings processor and global distribution system, in patent infringement suit brought by “patent trolls.”
